Eligibility for Returns
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, warranty cards, certificates, invoices, and accessories.
- Products showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or missing components will not be eligible for return.
- All returned products are subject to inspection and approval by William Penn before the return is accepted.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or customized products, including engraved items.
- Montblanc products.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
- Products returned without original packaging, tags, certificates, warranty cards, or invoice.
Return Process
If you wish to return a product:

- Securely pack the product and ship it to the address provided by our Customer Care team.
- Return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect product shipped by William Penn.
- Please ensure the shipment is sent through a reliable courier partner with tracking details.
Refund for Returned Products
- Once the returned product is received and successfully passes quality inspection, the return will be approved.
- Shipping charges, gift wrapping charges, and any other service charges are non-refundable.
Quality Check
All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon receipt. William Penn reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
