How much do you charge for delivery within India?
Within India, there is a delivery charge of INR 110 for orders below INR 599. For the orders above INR 599, shipping is free.
How much do you charge for delivery for an international order?
For an International order, the standard courier rates are applicable as per the service provider. The total amount to be paid would be mentioned at the time of checkout. The shipping charges are inclusive of the delivery charge & the customs charges that are charged by the Government of India. Please note that this amount is not inclusive of the additional customs charges. If any, the charges will have to be borne by the customer as per their country’s standard rates.
How can I track my order?
Once the order has been dispatched, you will be notified by an email and an SMS with the tracking number from our logistics partner so that you can track the shipment. You can also track the shipping status of your order on our website by logging into your account. Click here to log in.
Can I place an order to be shipped to multiple addresses?
Currently, every order is shipped to a single destination address only. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
When will you ship my order?
Orders are shipped within 3 to 4 working days from the date of order placement. Once shipped, the products should reach you within 5 to 7 working days. In case of customization (engraving, embossing or any other special request), it would take additional 3 days for the order to be shipped. However, in some cases, depending on the stock availability, the duration for shipping the order may take additional 4 to 5 working days and this will be intimated to you through telephone or email. If you do not receive your package within the time indicated by the transporter, for any reason, please do call or email us and we will do our best to see that you receive your product at the earliest. However, William Penn Private Limited shall not be held liable for the delays from the courier partner.
I have received products with damaged packaging, what do I do?
We dispatch our product in tamper proof packaging. While receiving the order if the packaging is tampered or damaged, kindly do not accept the package and inform us through an email email@example.com or call us on 1800-102-7366 (Monday to Friday, between 10 am and 6 pm) mentioning your order reference number. A replacement order will be sent to you at the earliest.
I don’t want the package to carry an invoice/amount as it is a gift. Can this be done?
All the items (including gifts) will be shipped to the shipping address mentioned in your order with an invoice mentioning the price, as per the terms of the Indian Tax Regulations. However, in case of special requests, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 1800-102-7366 (Monday to Friday, between 10 AM to 6 PM). Please note, special requests are applicable only for orders within India.
What if I don’t receive the shipment even after 30 days?
If the product has still not been delivered after 30 days of the purchase date, the customer is entitled to a full refund.
Why was my order cancelled?
William Penn Private Limited has the right to cancel any order if in case there’s any mistake/error with the order like wrong pricing, product interchange etc. In such cases, the entire amount paid by the customer shall be refunded by William Penn Private Limited within the refund timelines mentioned in our cancellation and refund policy.
