The cap, featuring vertical lines reminiscent of the 'Hispaniola' and a sea chest, boasts a platinum-coated clip shaped as a compass rose and a belaying pin. The Montblanc emblem on the cap top, adorned with a pirate's skull and crossbones, adds a touch of intrigue. Engravings of Stevenson's signature, the publication date of his first work 'The Pentland Rising' (1866), and the dates 1850-1894 honor Stevenson's timeless contribution to literature."
