Service Policy

Dear Customer,

We at William Penn believe after sale services are as important as selling, if not more!

Please go through this policy to help us serve you better.

A.      For products under current production: 

  • Any manufacturing defect discovered in a product sold by William Penn will be replaced/ repaired free of cost within 20 days if it is in Warranty Period. At the time of sale, our store personnel will advise you on what constitutes a manufacturing defect. You are also requested to please refer and retain the warranty card that is available with every product.
  • If the damage to the product is due to mishandling or if the product’s warranty has expired: the broken / damaged part will be replaced within 60 days. The cost of repairs and courier is to be borne by the customer.

B.      For product that are discontinued: 

  • It may take three to six months for servicing. This is because the parts may be available only with the manufacturer and the product may have to be sent t the service center for identification of the problem and then repaired/replaced. The costs of repairs and courier if any, is to be borne by the customer.
  • We stand by all the products that we sell and will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied. However, some times there may be factors beyond our control that may compel us to seek extra time, please cooperate.
