Free Shipping

*We do free shipping for orders which are above Rs. 500/-  applicable within India . For orders below Rs. 500/- we charge Rs. 75/- towards  shipping charges,applicable within India . International  Courier charges are  applicable as per the standard rates for  shipping of orders outside India.

Shipping Policy

Currently, every order is shipped to a single destination address only. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders. 

We work towards shipping your order within 7 working days from the date of order placement within India . However in some cases, depending on stock availability the duration for shipping the order may take longer, and this will be intimated to you through telephone or email. 

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we ship your order through reputed courier agencies.

While we shall endeavor to ship all items under a single order at one time, however, if due to the unavailability of some products, we may need to ship the order in parts. Should this case arise, information regarding the same will be shared with you through telephone or email.

On delivery, if you believe that a product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, kindly refuse delivery of the package and inform us through an email info@williampenn.net or call us on +91 80 40535555 (Monday to Friday, between 10 am and 6 pm) mentioning your order reference number. We will put in our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Please note that all items (including gifts) will be shipped to the shipping address mentioned in your order with an invoice mentioning the price, as per the Indian Tax Regulations.
