How Penn Clique works
customer can now start earning points right from the 1st purchase which can be as low as Rs.100/- . He will get 1 point for every 100 Rs. From there on, the customer starts accumulating points till he reaches Rs.3500/. When he /She hits this number, the customer becomes a member of the Penn Clique Points programme (‘member’) .
Earning points is simple – the more you purchase, the more your earn.A member will earn 1 point for every 100 rupees spent on each Eligible Transaction. The face value of each point is equal to a rupee.
As a member of the Penn Clique, you’ll earn points on all eligible transactions at William Penn. You’ll also be privy to exclusive offers which will help you to reap greater value from the William Penn experience.

1) Is there any minimum purchase to be made, to become a Penn Clique member?
A customer can now start earning points right from the 1st purchase which can be as low as Rs.100/- . He will get 1 point for every 100 Rs.
From there on, the customer starts accumulating points till he reaches Rs.3500/. When he /She hits this number, the customer becomes a member of the Penn Clique Points programme (‘member’) .
2) I am already a registered Penn Clique member at your store. Will I get the same benefits on the online store?
Yes you do. Make sure you enter the registered mobile number at the time of checking out for the first time you make an online purchase.
3) Is there any minimum amount to be purchased online to redeem your welcome gift voucher/Promotional Gift Voucher or even redemption of existing points.
Yes, a minimum online purchase of Rs. 500/- is required.
4) If I register online for the first time as Penn Clique customer will I get the welcome mobile gift voucher?
Yes you will certainly get the welcome mobile gift voucher. You will receive the voucher once the transaction is successful and the product is shipped out.
5) Will my welcome gift voucher/promotional gift voucher still be valid in case the transaction is unsuccessful?
Yes you must cancel the previous unsuccessful transaction in order re-activate your voucher.
6) If I redeem my points during transaction and if the transaction becomes unsuccessful will I get be re credited to my account?
Yes. Your points will get redeemed only if your transaction is successful & you must cancel the previous unsuccessful transaction
7) I registered as a online Penn Clique Member. I have lost my login details. Will I lose all my previous transaction details & points earned?
No, you will have to write to info@williampenn.net mentioning your name, registered mobile number & email id to activate your account. Once we receive your mail, a password will be generated and sent to your email id.
9) Can I redeem both my points & Welcome/promotional Vocher on a single transaction
No you can either redeem your points or Welcome/promotional on a single transaction. Also you need to have minimum of 100 points inorder to redeem points online/ Wp stores.

1) A customer can now start earning points right from the 1st purchase which can be as low as Rs.100/- . He will get 1 point for every 100 Rs.
2) From there on, the customer starts accumulating points till he reaches Rs.3500/. When he /She hits this number, the customer becomes a member of the Penn Clique Points programme (‘member’) .
3) He/She will get a G.V for Rs.350/- Further, If his bill value has reached Rs.3600/- he will get a G.V for Rs.350/- and a point for the balance amount of Rs.100. For example – if he/she has purchased for Rs.5000/- he will get a G.V for Rs.350/- and points will be added for the remaining 1500/-
4) A member will earn 1 point for every 100 rupees spent on each Eligible Transaction. The face value of each point is equal to a rupee.
5) Points can be redeemed after accrual of 100 points.
6) Penn Clique points are not cash and therefore have no monetary value. The Penn Clique Points cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
7) William Penn will deduct from your membership account any points relating to a Eligible Transaction that were credited in the event of a return, exchange, refund or cancellation
8) Penn Clique Points are only recognized and available for redemption after they are successfully issued to the customer’s account.
9) Penn Clique Points can only be earned by members on their personal shopping and not on corporate sales.
10) Penn Clique Points are valid for a period of 18 months from the date of registration on a FIFO method after which they will automatically expire if they are not redeemed.
11) The accumulated Penn Clique points for our existing members who have registered with William Penn on or before 31st, December 2011, will expire on November,1 st , 2013.
12) The accumulated Penn Clique points for our existing members who have registered with William Penn on or before 31st, December 2012, will expire on November,1 st , 2014.
13) Penn Clique points are redeemable only at William Penn retail and online store at www.williampenn.net and not in William Penn, shop in shops.
14) Penn Clique points cannot be earned on a discounted product or during the sale season.
15) If William Penn makes available a special promotion, William Penn will specify this via email, SMS and other means of communication with relevant Terms and Conditions.
16) The customer must notify William Penn in the event of a change in the mobile number or if the mobile is stolen. William Penn shall not be responsible for any unauthorised transactions or any transactions made on the basis of a lost or stolen membership, unless notice of the loss has been given to William Penn in advance, in writing.
17) William Penn reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions from time to time, without prior notice to members. William Penn’s decision in this regard will be final. The changes will be intimated to the customer via email.
18) William Penn reserves the right to terminate the Penn Clique reward points system at any time, without notice. In such an event, all Penn Clique reward points will immediately expire.
19) All disputes, if any, arising out of or in conjunction with or as a result of these offering and these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in Bangalore only.
