Finding the product of your choice

By Brands - If you are specific about a particular brand, you can search for a product by clicking on the brands featured in the left navigation bar.

Product search / Advance search through filtersThe left navigation bar also has an option of searching for products through a filtering process. You can filter products based on 3 criteria. Choosing all 3 criteria is not mandatory and therefore you can choose to filter by using even 1 or 2 criteria.

  • By Category - Writing Instruments, Inks and Refills, Limited Editions or Accessories
  • By Brand - If you are specific about a particular brand then select the brand
  • By Price - You can choose a price range
     

Using the shopping cart

To add a product to your shopping cart from a product page, select the desired quantity of the item you wish to purchase, and click on 'Add to cart'.

You can add / edit / delete an order or product quantity in your shopping cart. 

Select the 'Close and Continue shopping' button for browsing through more products or the 'Place Order' button to complete your order.

Shipping and Billing

To place an order successfully, you will need to provide your billing and shipping address and then select your method of payment. Kindly ensure that the details provided by you are correct so that we can delivery your order as per your requirement.

Completing your order

Be sure to review all the information you have provided for the order placement, and make any necessary changes before choosing the payment options. For credit card payments, you will be taken to a payment gateway where you have to enter your details for payment to be processed. For Cheque / DD / Money Order payments, you can opt for the cheque option of payment and then proceed to complete the order by clicking on the 'Place Order' button. Please allow up to 7 working days for processing your order in case of credit card payments and for Cheque payments, orders will be processed only on realisation.

Order tracking

You can track the status of the order within 4 - 7 days after you have placed the order by logging into your account.
