I live in Pune, and fountain pens are available here, Unfortunately the retailers here have only stacked they as formal corporate gifts and have no knowledge about them beyond selling them and do not have the slightest idea that pens do need an after sales service. Thanks to William Penn I was able to repair my Sheaffer pen nib without having to go for counterfeit nibs in Pune. Also, I bought a Waterman pen online without any hassle and with a nib of my choice which dealers in Pune thought was impossible to change! I am now looking forward for more variety in ink colours.
